I had a very good experience with Overhead Door™ of Charlotte. The service guys were on time, professional, knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. This was my first time needing service on any of my garage doors and it was a pain free experience. I will not ever hesitate to call this branch if I'm in a pinch again.

I had a broken spring and the guys were here within 24 hours of my call. After a brief discussion with the team, I decided to replace the opener as well. Everything was completed within an hour and the guys couldn't have been nicer. One of the best contractor experiences I've had yet.

Showed up on time and quickly analyzed the problem. It was fixed fast and I was able to pay by credit card and get the receipt printed. It's a very good door and it has excellent support.

Got a service appointment quickly from courteous staff, technician called 30 min ahead and arrived on time. Took less than 1 hour to diagnose, replace bottom door seal, lubricate all mechanism, re-align optic sensor and test. Reasonable charge, courteous and professional technician. I'll use again.

Overhead Door™ had to install a new motor (after 30 years of use) to one of our doors in January. This month we had someone come to work in the garage (unrelated work) and he jerry-rigged a cord into the overhead door™ motor that shorted it out. We couldn't figure out what had happened, but Overhead Door™ came again and fixed it at no charge to us, even though it wasn't their fault. I will always use Overhead Door™.

My experience with the Overhead Door Company™ (OHD) was excellent. It started with them being recommended by a friend but didn't stop there. OHD has a very well thought out website that is easy to use and actually has information that is useful including the capability to schedule an appointment (or) call them directly. When the service tech was in route, they called me 30 mins before arrival and were at our home as scheduled. Rusty (OHD tech) is the real deal, knows the product very well, and has a really great personality. So, it's easy for me to recommend OHD with a 5-star rating.

Overhead Door™ was extremely easy to work with, the tech was very professional and honest, I did not feel any pressure from him as far as up selling other services. All in all, a great experience and would definitely use them again!

This company always comes out the same day when I have called. They have been very flexible with their times based on my availability. The men who did our repairs have always been very friendly and did the repair efficiently. Pricing is fair. I have one more garage door motor to replace and I will soon be calling the Overhead Door Company when I am ready to replace it.
